Candidate should be a expert in Oracle, PL/SQL & Java/J2ee.
Should have experience in all stages of SDLC in Development Projects
Should have designed applications from scratch
Should be able to resolve Technical Issues / Programming bugs quickly and suggest best alternatives
Strong Banking Knowledge/ hands on experience into banking products (e.g. Finacle, Flexcube).
Should have hands on experience into technical in addition to leading a team
Roles & Responsibility:
Involve in estimation, preparing design document
Review code, design document and unit test cases
Write stored procedures, packages.
Project tracking and monitoring, Making sure the review defects are tracked to closure in defect tracking system. Coordinating between QA and development team during system testing
Soft Skills:
Good oral and written communication
Aptitude and reasoning Skills
